After some good success of my international blog James Norquay (Global) I decided to make an Australia Internet Marketing version of my blog, so I can keep this blog to specifically Aussie news only and keep the worldwide news and random posts to my other website.

Hi James, i have followed you here from linkedin and wanted to ask a few questions. I’m looking for a career change and looking through uni degree’s, i am unable to find any mentioning SEO specifically. I would like to move into SEO and social media marketing as a career. ANy suggestions? thanks
Hi,
You won’t find any degrees on SEO per say in Australia. It is something you really need to learn yourself and build up skills over many years. Most SEO’s get into it via running sites them selves and then doing a degree in e-marketing or IT. Then you get into a large company as an analyst and work your way up.
